Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is the only woman ever to win the CrossFit Games two times. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. She is also known for having won Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie as well as her both her parents and siblings were born at Reykjavik Iceland. She was a keen sportsperson and began working out at when she was a young age. After one year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she won consecutively. The silver medal was awarded in 2014. In the year 2021 she received an award of bronze at the CrossFit Games. At present, Annie coaches and trains for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. With rising fame as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae among many other. She also has her own Youtube channel, which is named "Annie" which has over a thousand viewers. The channel is the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting as well as travel.
