Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa it began in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons through 2020. Ina Garten started her professional journey at the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy as well as budget documents. Although she found her job fascinating initially, in the end she dropped interest and leased a small, boutique of specialty foods - Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years before she decided to shut it down. Then she began writing her first cookbook. Many other books and magazines followed. Meanwhile her Food Network television show too began its run and was popular. The company also offers a wide range of products ranging from cooking supplies as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina has never been to any cooking school, nor worked in a restaurant and she is entirely self-taught. Her name is associated with her casual manner of cooking as well as entertaining.
