Sharni is an Australian and American actress. She was born in Sydney, the capital of Australia on 22nd July, 1983. Her first acting role came in 201 when she was requested to appear in the Australian Soap opera Home and Away where she played a small role in two episodes. Her performance in that limited role was so fascinating that the agent who cast the show wanted her to play the main characters in the show. She auditioned, but she did not win the part. In the same episode, Cassie Turner was cast to play an unruly teenage girl who was placed in foster-care. Her character was highly liked by fans as well as viewers of the show.
